The Rogue Machine 10" 5 Axis Riser Block gives you a reusable way to raise a fixture or workpiece when you need more clearance around the setup. Articulating-head 5-axis work is a primary use case, but the same elevation problem can show up on horizontal machining centers, boring mills, high-column machines, large VMCs, CNC routers, and unconventional one-off fixtures.
The riser is built from 6061 aluminum, welded first, then machined. The machine-table seating surface and upper workholding surface are machined after fabrication, and every finished riser is 100% inspected before shipment.

Where a Tall CNC Riser Can Help
Sometimes the machine has plenty of travel, but the setup is simply too low for the spindle, head, toolholder, or cutter to reach the feature the way you want. Raising the workholding plane can open up additional access around the part.

5-Axis and Articulating-Head Clearance
On head-head 5-axis, gimbal-head, and other articulating-head CNC equipment, the physical size and motion of the B/C-axis head, spindle, and toolholder can limit access when the workpiece sits close to the machine table. Additional fixture elevation can provide more room to approach side features or angled geometry.
Mounting and Application
The riser can be toe-clamped to an appropriate machine table. Mounting hardware is not included. Because every machine and setup is different, the buyer should verify the machine envelope, table interface, clamping arrangement, fixture/workpiece geometry, available travel, and planned application.
